    Who should be train?
    Everyone in the general public can benefit from being trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Medical professionals may be required to be certified by the institution they work for or school they are attending.

    How do I register for a course?
    Please visit our course schedule to select the class and date of your choice. Once you have decided on the class and date you prefer, you will be directed to register for the course. Full payment must be made in order for your seat to be guaranteed.

    How long is my certification good for?
    Your AHA/ARC/ASHI certification card will be valid for 2 years. As a courtesy, we will notify you via email before your certification expires

    What if I lose my card?
    We can replace your card for you if needed as long as you have taken the course with us. Replacement cards are $25 for all courses.

    Can I bring my child or friend to class?
    We are unable to provide childcare services and seats are limited, therefore we cannot allow any family or friend to stay with you during class.

    What should I bring to class?
    Please make sure you bring your photo ID, book (if you have one), and writing equipment to class.

    What is your privacy policy?
    We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone. We take your privacy very seriously and will always honor the trust that you place in us.

    What should I wear to class?
    You should wear comfortable clothing to class. Most classes require students to kneel on the floor to perform skills.
